The house rules.

1. Who we are and what this is

Slot Check™ (the “Service”) is operated by Jay Fructose and built and maintained by Ames Create (together “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and us. By entering the access code, ticking the acknowledgement box, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for casino gambling where you live, if higher). We gate at 21 because that is the casino gambling age across Nevada and most of the United States.
• Access is through a paid Slot Check plan or pack, or a code we issue (Section 5). If your plan, pack balance, or membership ends, your right to use the Service ends with it.
• You must be legally permitted to use the Service where you are. See Section 7.

3. Beta status

The Service is currently offered as a beta. Features, limits, and rules can change at any time; the Service may be unavailable, slow, or withdrawn without notice; and results during beta should be treated as a work in progress. We appreciate feedback and may use it to improve the Service without owing you anything for it.

4. Not advice. Results can be wrong.

The Service works by having an AI model transcribe the numbers visible in your photo and then comparing those numbers, in code, against thresholds Jay has published. That process can fail in ways you should expect: the photo may be misread, a game may be misidentified, a meter may be mis-transcribed, the playbook entry may be out of date, or the casino may have configured the machine differently from what Jay has seen. A “PLAY” means the numbers we read matched a rule Jay has written down. It does not mean you will win.

You are solely responsible for every decision you make and every dollar you wager.Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Plans, checks, and packs

A check is one graded read of one photo. Checks come from a monthly plan, from a pack, or from a code. Every plan and pack is priced in the app; Stripe processes payment and its records are the record of what you bought.

• Monthly plans include a set number of checks each calendar month, counted in Las Vegas time. Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for and there are no cancellation fees. Prices and allowances can change; we will announce a price change before it applies to a renewal. If a renewal payment fails, we email you and keep trying the payment. If it is still failing three days after we tell you the date, the checks that come with your plan (this month's checks, banked checks and unlimited checks) are paused until the payment goes through. Pausing does not remove any checks, and pack credits you bought can still be used.
• Unlimited plans. When a plan is offered as unlimited, its checks are not counted against a monthly allowance. Unlimited plans are subject to fair use: up to 175 checks per day, and a monthly fair-use line of at least 1,000 checks per calendar month (1,000+), counted in Las Vegas time. We may raise either line at any time without notice; the monthly line will not go below 1,000 without an update to these Terms. Pack credits you own can still be used past either line. An unlimited plan is for one person: an account used on several devices side by side may have the extra devices paused until the next day. Unlimited plans do not bank roll-over checks and do not earn rewards milestones while they are unlimited.
• Passes. A pass (for example a 12 hour pass or a 48 hour Weekend Pass) is a one-time purchase of unlimited checks for a set number of hours. It does not renew and is not a subscription. The hours start at the first check you run after buying it, not at purchase, and run continuously from then (they do not pause). A pass that has not started does not expire. A pass is subject to fair use: up to 70 checks and 100 photos for every 24 hours of pass (at least 70 checks and 100 photos on any pass), and it is for one person, under the same device rule as unlimited plans. Pack and bonus checks are not used while a pass runs and stay on your account. Passes are offered to accounts without a plan, do not bank roll-over checks and do not count toward rewards milestones or promotions that exclude unlimited plans. When offered, what you paid for passes can come off the first month of a plan you start while a pass is waiting or running, or within 7 days after it ends: once per account, never more than that month's price, and not together with a promotion code.
• Roll-over. On a paid Slot Check subscription, checks you do not use in a month carry forward into the next month on the 1st (Las Vegas time) and keep accumulating for as long as the subscription stays active, up to a bank of 3 months' worth of your plan's allowance (150 on Micro Mob, 420 on High Roller, 1,200 on Jackpot). Each check spends your current month's allowance first, then banked checks, then pack credits. If you change plans, your bank carries over but is trimmed to the new plan's cap. Banked checks are forfeited when the subscription ends for any reason, including cancellation, a failed payment that is not resolved, or termination under Section 9. Plans granted by a code do not roll over.
• Packs are one-time purchases of extra checks. Pack credits do not expire while your account exists and are spent only after your monthly allowance and any banked checks.
• One time offers. We may show you a one time offer, such as a refill pack with more checks than the same price usually buys, or free bonus checks added when you start a plan. An offer is personal to the account it is shown to, is shown at most once, and can be claimed only while the time shown on it is running; a checkout you started before the time ran out is honored. Offers cannot be combined with promotion codes, and we decide who is shown an offer and when. Checks from a refill pack are pack credits and follow the pack rules above. Bonus checks from an offer on a plan are added when your first payment for that plan goes through, are used before your other checks, are good for 30 days from the day they are added, have no cash value, and any left after 30 days expire.
• Codes we issue grant a plan for a stated number of days or add pack credits. Codes are confidential and personal: do not post, share, sell, or give them to anyone. We may disable a code at any time.
• Photos we could not read are not charged. Photos we read and graded are, whatever the verdict. Reads of machines that are not in the book are not charged. A check that is refunded goes back to wherever it came from.
• Checks, banked checks, and pack credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not refundable except where the law requires it. We may also apply per-member, per-network, and Service-wide daily limits to keep the Service affordable and fast for everyone, and we may change them without notice.
• Status, handles, and the leaderboard. Charged checks build a lifetime count that sets a status tier on your card and a position on the public leaderboard. Those counts, tiers, and rankings are a feature of the Service, not property: they have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and we may change the thresholds, rename or retire a tier, correct a miscounted total, or discontinue the leaderboard at any time. Your display handle is yours to choose and to remove, but it is not owned by you, is shown to other members while you are on the board, and may be reset or withdrawn by us under Section 6. Your email address is never shown to other members.
• Rewards and bonus checks. Charged checks that return a verdict count toward rewards milestones while you have a plan or a pack, and checking in on four Vegas days in a row earns bonus checks. Bonus checks are used before your own checks, are only available while you are signed in to the account that earned them, have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and do not count toward your status or the leaderboard. The daily check-in may be open to every account, including accounts without a plan or a pack; the milestones are for members with a plan or a pack. Milestone bonus checks may be paid only to members with an active plan: a milestone reached with pack checks while you have no active plan is then held, and its bonus checks are added to your account when a plan starts. Held bonus checks have no value until they are added. One person, one account: bonus checks earned across multiple accounts may be removed. We may change the milestones, the check-in reward, who can check in, or the amounts, correct a miscounted total, remove bonus checks earned by gaming the count (see Section 6), or end rewards at any time.
• Loyalty Stack. While a monthly Micro Mob or High Roller subscription stays active without a break, each calendar month (Las Vegas time) after the month it started adds checks to that month's allowance: 5 a month on Micro Mob, up to 30 extra, and 15 a month on High Roller, up to 90 extra. These are part of your monthly allowance and roll over the same way, within the same bank cap. The price of your plan does not change. When a subscription ends, the stack ends with it and a new subscription starts again at its first month. Values shown in dollars are the stack's checks at your plan's price per check, for illustration; they have no cash value. We may change the amounts or end the Loyalty Stack at any time; checks already added to a month you are in stay yours.
• Stay bonus. If you choose to keep your membership from the cancel screen, we may add bonus checks to your account. One stay bonus per account, ever. Bonus checks are good for 30 days from the day they are added, are used before your other checks, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred.
• Founding Member. Accounts whose monthly subscription started on or before October 31, 2026 (Las Vegas time) show a Founding Member mark while that subscription stays active. It ends when that subscription ends and cannot be earned again. It is a display mark only.
• Inviting friends. Your account has an invite link. A friend counts when they make a new Slot Check account through your link and their first paid purchase (more than $0) goes through (a payment already refunded or disputed when we check it does not count). Rewards are added as soon as that payment goes through; invites paid with the inviter's own card, or flagged by our payment provider, may be reviewed. An existing account can never be counted. Your friend gets 10 extra checks with their first paid purchase. For each friend who counts you get 15 checks. The free month is for friends on a monthly plan: for every 5 friends who have paid for a monthly plan (a pack, or a first month that was free, does not count toward it; a friend who joins a paid plan later counts from then) you get a free month of unlimited checks on your account (the same fair use as Unlimited, used before your own checks, which stay yours) or, if you are already on Unlimited, a credit for one month of your plan on your next bill. Checks from invites are good for 30 days from the day they are added and are used before your other checks; any left after 30 days expire. Checks you buy in a pack never expire. Invite checks have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Inviting yourself, or making accounts only to count as friends, is gaming the count (see Section 6). We may change the amounts or end the program at any time; anything already added to your account stays yours.
• Signing in is by email link. Each sign-in issues a session tied to the device you used; sessions expire and can be revoked individually.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Share, publish, or circumvent the access code, or use a token that was not issued to you.
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tooling to submit photos, probe the Service, or harvest its responses.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, copy, or reconstruct the playbook, thresholds, prompts, models, or source code behind the Service, or build a competing product from its output.
• Frame, mirror, resell, or white-label the Service, or present it as your own.
• Upload anything that is not a photo of a gaming machine, or anything unlawful or harmful.
• Choose a display handle that impersonates another person, Jay Fructose, Ames Create, or our staff, that infringes someone else's trademark, or that is obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise offensive. We may reset or withdraw any handle at our discretion.
• Inflate, automate, or otherwise manipulate your check count, status tier, or leaderboard position, or interfere with another member's.
• Interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, its rate limits, or other members' use.
• Use the Service in any place or manner where doing so is prohibited (Section 7).

7. Laws, casinos, and where you use this

It is entirely your responsibility to know and follow the law and the property's rules where you are. We do not advise you to use the Service on a live casino floor where that is prohibited, and nothing in the Service should be read as encouragement to do so. You agree that you will not use the Service in violation of any law, regulation, or property rule, and that any consequences of doing so are yours alone.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including Jay's playbook and thresholds, the verdict engine, the interface, the text, and the Slot Check™, Jay Fructose Certified™, and related names and marks, are owned by Jay Fructose and/or Ames Create and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment while you are a member and in compliance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading one you give us a licence to process it to provide the Service (including sending it to our transcription provider). Photos submitted for a check are kept privately without exact position or contact details attached to improve the reader and Jay's coverage, are never shared or published outside the providers processing and storing them for us, and can be deleted on request through support. Casino tagging is optional and keeps the casino, never your exact position. See the Privacy Policy.

Content creators: you are welcome to record and publish videos or screenshots of yourself using the Service, with attribution to Jay Fructose. That permission does not extend to reproducing the playbook itself, and we may withdraw it from anyone who misrepresents the Service or uses it to promote something unlawful.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, revoke, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breaking these Terms, sharing the code, abusive use, or because your membership has ended. We may also pause or shut down the Service entirely. You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY VERDICT, READ, NUMBER, OR STATEMENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN ANY WIN, PROFIT, OR AVOIDED LOSS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAY FRUCTOSE, AMES CREATE, AND THEIR OWNERS, STAFF, CONTRACTORS, AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, CASINO SANCTIONS, LEGAL PENALTIES, OR DATA LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50). Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations; in those places they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jay Fructose, Ames Create, and their owners, staff, contractors, and vendors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim you agree to contact us at support@jayfructose.com and make a good-faith attempt to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be announced in the Patreon Discord or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

15. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. Patreon, Discord, Apple, Google, and any casino are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service.

Trip plans link to third-party sites (hotels, ticket sellers, booking sites). We may earn a commission when you book through those links; it does not change your price. You book and pay on their site under their terms, prices in a plan are estimates, and we are not responsible for their bookings.
