1. Who we are and what this is
Slot Check™ (the “Service”) is operated by Jay Fructose and built and maintained by Ames Create (together “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and us. By entering the access code, ticking the acknowledgement box, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for casino gambling where you live, if higher). We gate at 21 because that is the casino gambling age across Nevada and most of the United States.
- Access is a benefit of a paid Jay Fructose Patreon membership. The access code is shared with members only. If your membership ends, your right to use the Service ends with it.
- You must be legally permitted to use the Service where you are. See Section 7.
3. Beta status
The Service is currently offered as a beta. Features, limits, and rules can change at any time; the Service may be unavailable, slow, or withdrawn without notice; and results during beta should be treated as a work in progress. We appreciate feedback and may use it to improve the Service without owing you anything for it.
4. Not advice. Results can be wrong.
Everything the Service shows you is for entertainment and education only. It is not financial, legal, or gambling advice and it is not a promise or prediction that any machine will pay. Even a machine that is genuinely in an advantage state can and regularly does lose money. Slot outcomes are random. Past patterns, published thresholds, and “must-hit-by” meters do not guarantee anything.
The Service works by having an AI model transcribe the numbers visible in your photo and then comparing those numbers, in code, against thresholds Jay has published. That process can fail in ways you should expect: the photo may be misread, a game may be misidentified, a meter may be mis-transcribed, the playbook entry may be out of date, or the casino may have configured the machine differently from what Jay has seen. A “PLAY” means the numbers we read matched a rule Jay has written down. It does not mean you will win.
You are solely responsible for every decision you make and every dollar you wager.Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
5. Your account and the access code
- The access code is confidential. Do not post it, share it, sell it, or give it to non-members.
- Each unlock issues a token tied to the device you used. Tokens expire and can be revoked individually. We may rotate the code at any time, which signs every device out until members re-enter the new code.
- There is a daily limit on checks per member and per network, and a global daily limit for the whole Service. Limits reset at midnight Pacific time. Limits exist to keep the Service affordable and fast for everyone; we may change them without notice.
- Photos that we could not read are not counted against your daily limit. Photos we read and graded are, whatever the verdict.
6. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Share, publish, or circumvent the access code, or use a token that was not issued to you.
- Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tooling to submit photos, probe the Service, or harvest its responses.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, copy, or reconstruct the playbook, thresholds, prompts, models, or source code behind the Service, or build a competing product from its output.
- Frame, mirror, resell, or white-label the Service, or present it as your own.
- Upload anything that is not a photo of a gaming machine, or anything unlawful or harmful.
- Interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, its rate limits, or other members' use.
- Use the Service in any place or manner where doing so is prohibited (Section 7).
7. Laws, casinos, and where you use this
Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit using devices or tools to help decide whether or how to play a game, and many casinos prohibit photographing machines or using a phone at a machine. Nevada, for example, makes it a crime to use a device to project or analyze the outcome of a game or to keep track of cards played (NRS 465.075). Other states and tribal jurisdictions have their own rules, and every casino has house rules it can enforce by asking you to leave or banning you.
It is entirely your responsibility to know and follow the law and the property's rules where you are. We do not advise you to use the Service on a live casino floor where that is prohibited, and nothing in the Service should be read as encouragement to do so. You agree that you will not use the Service in violation of any law, regulation, or property rule, and that any consequences of doing so are yours alone.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including Jay's playbook and thresholds, the verdict engine, the interface, the text, and the Slot Check™, Jay Fructose Certified™, and related names and marks, are owned by Jay Fructose and/or Ames Create and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment while you are a member and in compliance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading one you give us a licence to process it to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI vendor for transcription). We do not store your photos after the check completes and we do not use them to train models. See the Privacy Policy.
Content creators: you are welcome to record and publish videos or screenshots of yourself using the Service, with attribution to Jay Fructose. That permission does not extend to reproducing the playbook itself, and we may withdraw it from anyone who misrepresents the Service or uses it to promote something unlawful.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, revoke, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breaking these Terms, sharing the code, abusive use, or because your membership has ended. We may also pause or shut down the Service entirely. You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY VERDICT, READ, NUMBER, OR STATEMENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN ANY WIN, PROFIT, OR AVOIDED LOSS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAY FRUCTOSE, AMES CREATE, AND THEIR OWNERS, STAFF, CONTRACTORS, AND VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, CASINO SANCTIONS, LEGAL PENALTIES, OR DATA LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PATREON MEMBERSHIP TIER THAT INCLUDED THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50). Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations; in those places they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
12. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jay Fructose, Ames Create, and their owners, staff, contractors, and vendors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim you agree to contact us at brandon@amescreate.com and make a good-faith attempt to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be announced in the Patreon Discord or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
15. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. Patreon, Discord, Apple, Google, and any casino are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service.
